A luxury 3 bedroom villa within a couple of
minutes walk to the local beach.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and sleeps
up to 6 people comfortably. It has a ground floor WC, 1 family bathroom
with spa bath and shower, and 1 ensuite bathroom. The 2nd floor master
bedroom also has a luxurious ensuite bathroom and has its own roof terrace
equipped with sunbeds. All three balconies overlook the swimming pool
which is only a 25 metres away. .
There is 24 hour security and the
villa has it's own safe box for your valuables
The villa has a modern open plan kitchen which is
well equipped, and the spacious lounge/dining area comes with luxuries
such as large TV with satellite, DVD and cd players.
Yesilkent is unspoilt and surrounded by
breathtaking views. It has an irresistible charm of its own and is set
in a quiet village location. Local dolmus (mini-buses) run frequently to
the main resort of Altinkum with its many shops, beaches, bars and
restaurants offering culinary delights, both Turkish and International.
Local activities include traditional Turkish
nights, gulet cruises, scuba-diving, ancient ruins of Apollos Temple, Aquapark,
busy Saturday market, or you can just sit back with a glass of raki, relax and
enjoy the sunshine and views!

Prices (per villa, per week)

A deposit of £200 is required to confirm booking with the balance paid 4 weeks before departure. We also require £200 which will be refunded on your return subject to any breakages, loss or damage.
Availability
Airport transfers can be arranged. Alternatively directions from
Bodrum Airport are available on request.

Less than half of our guests decide to hire a car.
Many prefer to use taxis or the Dolmus minibus service from the
village. If you would like to hire a car there are two grades. Grade A
cars are locally built, basic model Fiat Tofas 4 door saloons and cost
£170 per week. Grade B cars are a higher specification, with air
conditioning and are £235 p.w.
Transfer fee from the airport is £60 each way (private car) for
a max. of 4 people, then £15 for every extra person transfer time is approx
1 hour 45 minutes
